Dr. Hongjun Wang has over 20 years of experience leading research and development in both academia and industry. He is a seasoned scientist specializing in soil biogeochemistry, greenhouse gas emissions, regenerative agriculture, carbon farming, ecosystem restoration, and non-point source pollution control. Dr. Wang has published more than 40 peer-reviewed papers, including three in Nature research journals (Google Scholar).

Steve Kingswell is an experienced CFO and finance leader with a strong track record in scaling tech-enabled and social impact organisations. He has helped deliver major international development and social inclusion programmes with partners including Unilever, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, and DFID. His work combines commercial rigour, investor readiness, and operational leadership to help mission-driven businesses grow sustainably and deliver impact at scale.

Dr Christianne Corsini

Technical Officer

A forest engineer with a PhD in Earth System Science from INPE, Christianne is a specialist in forest carbon and growth models, spatially explicit modelling and data analysis, remote sensing, and phytogeography. She has experience in developing carbon projects in the AFOLU sector and is an enthusiast of geotechnologies and machine learning applied to measuring and monitoring temporal carbon flows in forest ecosystems.
