Social Carbon Foundation is proud to announce the launch of a new suite of services tailored to support carbon project developers worldwide. This strategic initiative is a response to feedback and requests from our global network of project proponents, aiming to simplify early-stage project planning and improve access to robust methodology support.

The first service in this suite is a Pre-Feasibility Assessment, designed to help project developers quickly evaluate whether their project area aligns with existing SOCIALCARBON methodologies. This service provides proponents with a comprehensive report that includes:

• Identification of potentially suitable SOCIALCARBON methodologies

• A high-level assessment of eligibility against methodology criteria

• Broad land and risk analysis to highlight potential environmental constraints

• Conservative estimates of carbon potential

This tool empowers project developers with early-stage insights, enabling much faster and more informed decision-making on project viability. It does not replace a full feasibility study and will not assess legal tenure, project team capacity, or broader political and regulatory risk factors.
