SOCIALCARBON is currently managed by the UK Charitable Organisation, Social Carbon Foundation.

The Social Carbon Foundation is a newly established entity designed to exclusive manage SOCIALCARBON. The following Articles of Incorporation contain basic structural information, organisational objectives and mission.

There are a number of important policies that govern various aspects of the operation of Social Carbon Foundation, as follows:

  • Conflicts of Interest. Social Carbon Foundation requires all board members and employees to abide by strict conflict of interest policies and to declare on an annual basis that they have not engaged in any conduct that violates Social Carbon Foundation's Conflict of Interest Policy. In addition, board members are required to report any potential conflicts of interest at each meeting of the board and to recuse themselves where any conflicts exist.

  • Complaints and Appeals Policy. Social Carbon Foundation provides a Complaints and Appeals Policy.

  • Anti-Fraud, Bribery and Corruption Policy. Social Carbon Foundation provides a Anti-Fraud, Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Organisation Structure

  • The Social Carbon Foundation has an organisational structure designed for flexibility and scalability. We are actively recruiting and enhancing our operating model to support Nature-Based Solutions and project development at scale.
