Clarification About Issuance of SOCIALCARBON VCUs

Please see the points below to clarify the procedures for issuance of SOCIALCARBON VCUs:
• SOCIALCARBON VCUs and VERs have to be issued at Markit. After initial issuance, the credits may be transferred to other registries such as APX and Caisse des Dépôts.
• The following additional documents need to be submitted during issuance of VERs in order to obtain the SOCIALCARBON additional certification: SOCIALCARBON Report; Validation/Verification Report of SOCIALCARBON Report; Terms & Conditions signed
• At least one SOCIALCARBON Report must be created every year in order to monitor the project. Nevertheless, SOCIALCARBON VERs may be issued for the vintages up to one year after and including the “Year-Point of Project”  described in the SOCIALCARBON Report submitted for registration. Please pay attention to the definition of the “Expiration Date” of the SOCIALCARBON Report submitted for issuances.
