Ceramic Indicators: Turnover Index Calculation

Please note that there was a typing mistake in the English version of SOCIALCARBON Methodology: Indicators for Industry of Ceramic Enterprise People. On Page 7, the Turnover Index was defined as:  (dismissed workers + hired workers)/number of workers employed in the enterprise.

In fact, this should be calculated as: TR= (dismissed workers + hired workers)/(number of workers employed in the project develop x 2)
